User Agreement - Kunchhab Pal
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Kunchhab Pal ("the App"), a mobile application developed by the company, Kunchhab pal ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm to abide by the terms and conditions of using this application.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any unlawful purposes, modify the App, or reverse-engineer its source code.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User-Generated Content
You may have the ability to submit content (e.g.,feedbacks, comments) through the App. You agree not to submit content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or obscene;
- Violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
- Contains viruses or other harmful components.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute the content for purposes of operating and promoting the App.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Cheat or manipulate the quiz results;
- Use any guides or materials during the quiz that will provide an edge or advantage to you over other users
- Use the App to harass or harm others;
- Engage in activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Any other unlawful activities
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content available on the App without our express written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of The Kingdom of Bhutan. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhutan.
12. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date or providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
